We are a Bible church. We believe the Holy Scriptures, rather than the doctrines of men.

SALVATION:

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

God desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Tim 2:4).

[Therefore, God] now commands all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30).

Repenting (turning away, ceasing) from your sins is required to come to Jesus Christ and find salvation. The false gospels of today do not call a person to repent from their sins.

SANCTIFICATION (event subsequent to salvation):

The Lord Jesus Christ said “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed, and And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” …free from sin (per context) (John 8:31).

Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God (1 Cor 6:9-10).

Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God (1 John 3:9).

Pursue peace with all people, and holiness (a life that is lived in consecration to God, free from sin (John 8:31-36)), without which no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

The Scripture commands all believers to pursue sanctification (Luke 13:24, 1 Tim 6:11, 2 Tim 2:22, Hebrews 4:11, Hebrews 12:14, James 4:7-8, 2 Pet 1:11, 2 Pet 3:14). Those who are obedient to this command receive the blessing of sanctification (1 Pet 1:22, 2 Pet 1:19, 2 Cor 7:1, 1 Pet 1:22).

Sanctification is the event in which the believer: has their old heart circumcised (removed from them) and receives a new heart and is therefore set free from indwelling sin, becomes a partaker of the divine nature, is filled with the Holy Spirit and the love of God in order to live a holy life, which is required for entry into heaven. Example: the Apostle Paul in Romans 7:24-25.

GRACE:

The doctrine of God’s grace has been largely perverted in modern times, being made into God’s acceptance of the believer who live a life of sin, and in this way God’s grace has been made into an allowance / provision to sin (Jeremiah 7:8-16). God’s true grace is God’s divine power working in the believer to empower the believer to live a life of holiness in this present world. This grace is available to all believers through prayer (Hebrews 4:16).

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. (Titus 2:11-12)

The false version of grace is preached by false shepherds, Satan’s messengers, who are in most pulpits today.

For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness (unbridled lust) and deny the only Lord [despotes] God and our Lord Jesus Christ (Jude 1:14)

FALSE PASTORS:

Recent surveys have shown that nearly 40% of pastors have admitted to adultery while in ministry, although the actual number is likely much greater. These have no fear of the Lord (Jude 1:12), and are therefore deceivers, who have left the path of righteousness and no longer know the way of eternal life (Luke 6:39). These false shepherds are twice dead (dead before Christ, and fallen away from Christ into spiritual death again) and pulled up by the roots (completely separated from God, never to be restored) (Jude 1:12). Satan empowers their ministries as he did with the false prophets of Israel, but God is against them (Jeremiah 23:14, Ezekiel 34:11), and God will rescue His sheep from their hand (Ezekiel 34:11). These have caused little ones in the faith to sin (Mark 9:42), some of which have fallen away from the faith (2 Pet 2:22). Because of this, all of these evil stewards will be cast into the lake of fire with the unbelievers (Luke 12:45-46). They may seek repentance from God even with many tears like Esau when he sought the blessing, but are likely to find no place of repentance (Hebrews 12:16-17). This discussion is needed, as this issue has reached pandemic proportions across America’s churches, through which profaneness has gone out into all the land (Jeremiah 23:15).

Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: (2 Pet 2:11)

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, (2 Tim 3:6-7)

GOD’S JUDGMENT:

God’s judgment of each person’s life will be according to their actions, speech, and motivations (2 Cor 5:10, 2 Tim 4:1). Evil deeds are proof of an evil heart, whereas good fruit is proof of a good heart (new heart, partaker of divine nature) (Matt 7:18-20). Only those who have a life in which the old / carnal nature has been destroyed (Romans 6:6) and replaced by a new / divine nature will have fruit that is required to enter into eternal life (Rom 6:22).

The Lord Jesus Christ said: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” (Matthew 7:21-23)

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:…But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:“ (Matthew 7:24, 26)

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? (2 Pet 3:10-12)
